There is something you should know about purchasing Real Estate. When you respond to a real estate ad or visit an open house, you are being greeted by a representative of the seller, also known as the listing agent. They are contracted by the seller to procure the highest price for the seller.!!

When you visit a model home in a new home development you are typically greeted by their guest agent. The first words he or she will say is "please sign our guest registrar". DON'T, because then you are registered to their agents and you will not be able to choose your own representation. Preview the models with your Buyer's Broker. MLS information offers the price, city, dwelling type, bedrooms, full/partial baths, pool information, approximate square footage, and a photograph of most properties.
NOTE: It also gives the listing agent, agency and telephone number. But remember, the listing agent has a responsibility to acquire the highest price for the seller. So don't contact them, call me to represent you.
